Job description, responsibilities and duties

The job is about to give an assistance to the Accounts Receivable Specialist in Invoices and Reimbursements. The Accounts Receivable assistant will be supporting Invoicing process by being fully responsible for preparation of supporting documentation necessary for the monthly invoicing process for two countries: CZ & SK. After an initial training period, the Accounts Receivable assistant, as a subject matter expert, will be able to support as stand-in for peak performance situations the process in PL and BG.
Reporting line to Accounts Receivable Specialist and people management line to Bratislava Financial Services Manager.


SCOPE OF ACTIVITY:

Invoices

- Responsibility over CZ and SK customer invoicing, Stand-in for BG and PL Customers
- Management of Invoice Tool for issuing of supporting documents for the invoicing process: Attendance Report generation, signature by customer, Annex FA generation and check.
- Issuing of legal-paper invoices based on supporting documentation, in the accounting systems (as primary user or stand-in): Pohoda, MRP, Optima…
- Preparation of Travel reimbursements for the employees
- Invoicing travel costs to Customer
- Managing the data in the Price report by regular update of the information for new entries and update of existing entries
- Managing data in the Department report by regular update of new entries and existing entries

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher degree (in business administration, finance, economy or accounting preferable)
- Experience in accounting, internal audit, reporting is nice to have
- Basic skills for administration work
- Candidate must have logical thinking, not be afraid to touch numbers
- Must have look on problem as "what is behind and how can I solve it" and not "it is a block for me"
- good in written EN, not so much need for spoken EN


- Capacity to work in teams, and communicate with higher management
- English capability in speaking, reading and writing is on the level C1
- Microsoft Excel skills is on proficient level
- Education and experience in ledger accounting and financial reporting is a plus
