Junior Internal Audit and Reporting Analyst

This job is to support NATEK financial audit and financial closure. Be in direct relation with acounting vendors and be responsible for correctness of reported data within broad set of financial reports.
Reporting line to Bratislava Financial Services Manager

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY:

- Maintain and control report of provisions and accruals for accounting
- Coordinate early inputs delivery between NATEK and accounting suppliers
- Payables & receivables reporting of intra-group flows
- Monthly control over travels to be invoiced
- Support quarterly audit on accounting data by detailed analysis of accounts receivable, payable, travels and monthly reimbursements booked & accrued, intra-group cash flows
- Cooperate with NATEK structures and external vendors to ensure that the firm's financial activities and record keeping practices comply with legislation and company policies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- master in economic science + at least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, internal audit, reporting
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent at analyzing and calculating numbers.
- Ability to consolidate, compare and decipher accounting data and accurately, make conclusions and recommend solutions.
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capacity to work in teams, and communicate with higher management
- English capability in speaking, reading and writing is on the level C1
- Microsoft Excel skills is on proficient level
- Education and experience in ledger accounting and financial reporting is a plus
