Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Action, update and resolve logged support incidents in line with SLA commitments.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure services are fully operational
- In conjunction with external party deploy approved system changes, following corporate Change Management procedures
- Undertake any appropriate system housekeeping activities
- Produce and update a wide variety of support documentation

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Computer skills - administrator

Windows server administration - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- At least 3 years detailed problem solving experience in Citrix environments
- Outstanding knowledge of Citrix core technologies (XenApp + earlier versions / XenDesktop)
- Experience of using Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory ( 2008 onwards) including Group Policy Objects (GPO)
- Experience in Citrix environments utilising Appsense
- Must have experience of working in an environment with Change Management procedures
