Job description, responsibilities and duties

As a Finance Team Support Intern you will provide support to the Finance team in the EME (Europe and the Middle East) and AFR (Africa) Area Offices in these areas:
• Accounting documentation
• Bookkeeping
• Expense account validation
• Communication with the Accounts Payable Department in the US, vendors and staff
• Record retention
• General administrative support
• Provide reception duties; receive and attend to visitors; Receive and screen calls; dispatch outgoing mail at the post office;
• Provide support for meetings (refreshments, setting up the meeting room)

Working time: Approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

What do we require?

• Must be a full-time university student
• Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year
• Ability to fill out forms and carry out routine administrative tasks with precision
• Ability to use English and Slovak for administrative communication

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or 1st year Master’s student with a specialization in finance or business administration or other
• Theoretical knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
• Proactivity and ability to work independently
