Job description, responsibilities and duties


As a Human Resources Intern you will provide support to the HR department in the EMEA Area Office:

*Support the recruitment process.
*Support orientation process of newcomers.
*Coordination of electronic attendance system.
*Ensure the accuracy of Grant timesheets.
*Ensure updated Employee files and the Org chart.
*Proactive maintenance of content on our Intranet platform.
*Support Employee wellness.
*Research on current and future HR trends.
*Assist with any administration needs of the department.
*Support on Learning and Organizational development projects.

Working time: Approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)

*Must be a full-time university student.
*Interest in a long-term internship for at least a year.
*Excellent English and Slovak (written and spoken).
*Advanced digital skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), any database or knowledge system is welcomed.


*University student with specialization in psychology, business administration or human resources.
*Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
*Strong service and client orientation and professionalism in writing and speaking.
*Ability to assertively tackle issues and handle these from start to finish.
