Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities/Duties:
As a Program Effectiveness (PE) Intern you will provide support to the PE team in the EMEA Area Office:

• Prepare presentations, background materials, reports, proposals and case studies
• Maintain the content of an internal database - organizing, uploading, and tagging documents
• Assess existing project materials and recommend improvements on design or content
• Provide logistical support for the organization of regional events
• Assist in project coordination

Working time - approximately 20hrs per week (flexible)

Personality requirements and skills

Required:
• University student with knowledge of, or an interest in, the project life cycle and project design
• Interest in a long term internship for at least a year
• Good analytical thinking, good writing skills
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Computer Literacy in MS Office

Preferred:
• Knowledge of other languages, French, German or Russian
• Strong service and client orientation and professionalism in word and deed
• Experience in cross-cultural environment
