The Client

Our client is one of the most exciting and fast-growing SaaS Payment Solution providers in the market. They’ve been scaling rapidly over the last few years and are showing no signs of slowing down, named as one of the Deloitte Fast 50. Their mission is to enable software businesses to successfully scale their client bases internationally, allowing them to focus on the product itself & removing a lot of the headaches on the payments/back-office side. Having built Software businesses themselves previously, the founders wanted to solve an issue they’d personally faced and had experience with. They’re now helping around 900 businesses expand globally, and are building more analytics features to help them optimize.

The Project
They are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to help drive their product and engineering department forward, working on their ecosystem and building out a reliable checkout component that is plugged in the customer shopping cart experience.
Your Job:
You will take part in developing high traffic APIs (hundreds of thousands of users monthly)
Help design a platform to support rapid and phenomenal growth
Mentoring and coaching other engineers, as needed

Requirements:
You have solid experience in PHP and Go
You can build high traffic systems in a cloud-based environment (AWS)
You are proactive, enjoy sharing ideas and finding ways to improve the code and team processes
You have a strong understanding of the development process - from design through to deployment and maintenance

Project Tech Stack overview: The main points of interest are Go and PHP. Experience in the others is not expected
