Are you fluent in spoken and written English language?

We are looking for Customer Service Representative who is not afraid of challenge, who likes innovations, who is not afraid to share his/her ideas, don't stop reading.

Some of your responsibilities would include:
- order processing
- providing customer service to callers, answering e-mails from customers
- communication via online chat
- translation of short marketing texts
- checking accuracy of the data found on our website
- translation of product descriptions
- communication with our suppliers (ordering products)
- communication with shipping companies
- administrative work
- continuous market analysis, checking the work of our competitors
- proposing improvements
- fullfiling various tasks given by management

Working time would be adjusted for short / long week (12 hours / day )
Short week: Wed., Thurs.
Long week: Mon., Tues., Fri., Sat., Sun.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Invoicing - basic

The position is suitable for a fresh graduate


Personality requirements and skills

- knowledge about the musical instruments is a plus
- independent thinking
- ability to work on your own initiative
- readiness and sense of humour will be welcomed
- basic computer knowledge and Internet skills required
- previous experience with work in e-shop is a plus


Brief description of the company

Muziker runs a successful E-shop in 26 European countries and a network of 12 large retail stores in the biggest shopping centers in Czech Republic and Slovakia. Since 2018, MUZIKER has started with continuing integration of different product categories to its business, starting with golf equipment, sailing and yachting, bikes and other technological gadgets.

Muziker sales staff consists mostly of experienced musicians, sport enthusiasts or people passionate about their lives, who are always willing and ready to give advice and to answer any question.
