We´re looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join us in Bratislava (Hybrid flexible working model)

Your Focus:
  • Gathering Business Requirements and Performing Gap Analysis.
  • Produce Cost Benefits Analysis namely comparing In-House Collections with External
  • Debt Collections practices & Performance
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive analytical documentation
  • Draft credit reports with key takeaways on opportunity; report has to be concise, easy to read format for credit and risk to review and comment
  • Interact with the Business to discuss data gaps, inconsistencies, analytical frameworks
  • Portfolio KPIs monitoring
  • Support management team
  • Supporting in preparation data/replies for auditors

Primary education

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Strong understanding of the Credit Life Cycle (Underwriting & Collections)
  • Previous experience in Collections/Debt Management is preferred
  • Deep knowledge and experience in underwriting and monitoring collection processes.
  • 5+ years of credit and/or collections analysis experience
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Ability to draft financial reports and build dashboards
  • Client communication abilities
  • Technical skills in SQL is good to have
  • Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work
  • Good written, oral and reading communication skills in English
  • Agile eye & detailed oriented.
