Your Focus:
- Gathering Business Requirements and Performing Gap Analysis.
- Produce Cost Benefits Analysis namely comparing In-House Collections with External
- Debt Collections practices & Performance
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive analytical documentation
- Draft credit reports with key takeaways on opportunity; report has to be concise, easy to read format for credit and risk to review and comment
- Interact with the Business to discuss data gaps, inconsistencies, analytical frameworks
- Portfolio KPIs monitoring
- Support management team
- Supporting in preparation data/replies for auditors

Personality requirements and skills
- Strong understanding of the Credit Life Cycle (Underwriting & Collections)
- Previous experience in Collections/Debt Management is preferred
- Deep knowledge and experience in underwriting and monitoring collection processes.
- 5+ years of credit and/or collections analysis experience
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ability to draft financial reports and build dashboards
- Client communication abilities
- Technical skills in SQL is good to have
- Ability to succeed in a culture where change and speed are part of daily work
- Good written, oral and reading communication skills in English
- Agile eye & detailed oriented.
