Job description, responsibilities and duties
Multitude is looking for Junior Accountant located in our Bratislava office working for German finance team.
Main responsibilities will cover:
Main responsibilities will cover:
- Uploading and posting incoming invoices/credit notes/ debit notes to IR
- Booking travel claims, checking travel allowance, helping employees with recording business trips
- Cost of employees – scanning of receipts, creating excel and bo0oking to IR
- Ordering of meal vouchers, their calculation and distribution among employees
- Matching invoices with payment based on bank statements in AX
- Bookings of Bank statements (3x SLSP, Tatrabanka, Postava banka, VUB banka)
- Making an estimate (calculation) of the money needed to pay the invoices
- Helping with NBS reports and statistic reports
- Updating and maintaining attendance system including monthly closing of attendance
- Adding new suppliers/employees to AX and IR
- Other tasks given by direct supervisor and accountants
