Customer Support Agent (German/Dutch/French)
Bratislava or remote working possible within Slovakia

You will be representing the company in the best possible way by delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be an expert in the company´s products and brand values. One of your key tasks is to be both a brand ambassador as well as the voice of the customer, giving
constant feedback to the company´s product- and design teams. Also, as part of your sales duties you will be responsible for growing revenue by cross-selling and upselling. Other important aspects are adhering to legal requirements such as GDPR and PCI and to strive for First Contact Resolution and resolve customer queries.
Who you are
• You ideally have some experience in the customer service or contact center industry
• You speak (near-) native level German/ French or Dutch (C1/2)
• Any other language is considered a bonus
• You are passionate about customer satisfaction and have the ability to connect with
customers, build rapport and show empathy
• Can communicate clearly and effectively
• You are a team-player with good organization skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Good computer skills and MS Office experience
