Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are searching for a team assistant to provide support and assistance for the team of professionals. In this role you will work with other staff members to ensure that their requests and requirements are handled and tasks are completed on time - you will work in a cross-funtional team and the ability of multitasking is a must.

To ensure success as staff assistant and office manager you should be helpful, practical and skilled at administrative tasks - to prepare tables and short presentations; such as communication - english is on daily basis; data entry - we work with SAP, but we will train you; event organization - from small dinners to Multi-Corporate meetings; time management - because sometimes we run out of time; and MS office work - computer skills are hard to find. You are in the same time the first contact person for visitors, tenants and suppliers when entering the office - we need you to be "our" people person.

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education

* be able to manage your time and be consistent in organizational skills

* be passionate in MS office work

* familiar with office equipment such as printers, phones, small devices

* be helpful and collaborative, have strong interpersonal skills and good sense of humor

* and last but not least - for this job it is necessary to speak and write Slovak
