What would you do as HR Senior Recruiter?

- select and recruit new employees 
- search candidates in several sources in Slovakia and as well internationally (daily communication in English)
- find new and creative ways to reach candidates
- make job offers for specified position
- cooperate with managers, payroll department and other stakeholders
- look for new ways of recruitment
- report to management
- attend company events, and other job-related events such as Job Fairs
- communicate with Labor office, Foreign police and other institutes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Office - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

-Your experience in recruitment at least 3 years
-Advanced knowledge of the English language
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office
-You should be skilled in hiring processes
-You should have knowledge of the Slovak Labor Code
-Experience in an international environment is a big advantage
-Strategical and analytical thinking, ability of multitasking
-Full understanding of all HR functions and best practice
-Very good communication skills
-You have to be resistant to stress
