As we grow and expand our business, we’re looking for Head of Financial department. Someone who will be able to step in and take over all tasks related to finances as well as build processes around them to help the company scale, grow and invest wisely over time.

Job responsibilities:
*Work coordination of the financial department, reporting, responsibility for correct billing, balance closing, documents for Statistical Office, preparation and billing of statistical summaries, balance closing, tax declarations, communication with controlling, tax offices
*Communication and cooperation with control authorities, auditors and other institutions
*Representing the organization at negotiations
*Managing the activities of team
*Creating a financial strategy
*Responsibility for achieving set financial goals
*Analysis of financial indicators
*Coordination of daily activities and activities of the payroll department and reception
*Checking the timely processing of the payroll
*Control of the execution of the annual settlement
*Communication with company executives
*Delegating the activities of employees of the payroll department and reception in the framework of cooperation with other departments; control of reports
*Working on government projects related to company needs
*Technical/disciplinary responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting, controlling and taxes
*Preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements
*Confidence with international accounting standards according to IFRS
*Control and optimize financial accounting, processing payment transactions and existing booking processes
*Act as a contact person for auditors, banks, authorities and other service providers
*Report directly to management
