Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your area of responsibility:
You are responsible for reception management – visits, record keeping, catering
You manage all types of mails
You manage weekly and special business trips for our employees (activities as car renting, accommodation,...)
You fill and prepair forms for claiming VAT refund
You fill documents in PAM (delivery notes, orders, investments)
You prepare catering for guests
You will scan various documents
You will help with additional assistant tasks
