Job description, responsibilities and duties
- manage and develop planning department, improve and supervise the work of other members of planning dept. and sales dept.
- set up and maintaining the master data and planning parameters in ERP system
- follow up and cooperation with the production and purchase department
- resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly
- develop production plan and timelines according to demand
- monitor production status and ensure timely delivery
- cooperation with IT department (Finland) if necessary
- communication with customer
