Job description, responsibilities and duties

Highly organized, proactive and solution focused colleague who will provide confidential and comprehensive support to Managing Director and drive and support internal and external communication activities.

Job responsibilities mainly include:
• Ensure administrative support (calendar, inbox, expense management and travel management support) to the Managing Director
• Prepare draft emails, documents, reports and presentations on behalf of the MD
• Undertake investigations, research and analysis as requested by the MD
• Assist MD and other leadership team members in internal and external meeting preparation, organization and documentation
• Assist in the effective delivery of assigned business activities and projects
• Organize company meetings, employee events and coordinate all relevant contributors.
• Communicate and cooperate with cluster/international colleagues.
• Prepare purchase orders and undertake SAP approvals.
• Ensures that projects are in line with internal SOPs and external legislation
• Contributes to the identification and implementation of more efficient operating practices and procedures within the company.

Job responsibilities also include internal and external communication activities and projects mainly:
• Implement communication strategies and plans for external and internal communication under supervision of External Affairs & Public policy Lead
• Coordination of content development on various topics for local and regional communication activities (internal/external)
• Building & co-ordination of Social Media platform and application of digital tools
• Driving Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives (regional/local)
• Texts creation for internal communication (articles, interviews, short video messages)
• Publishing of articles, pictures, videos on an internal web site and social media
• Cooperation with external partners in profiling our Company externally in accordance with the corporate communication strategy

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Required Experience and Skills:
• 2 plus years experience on admin position supporting senior leaders
• Experience with internal communication
• Active proven experience with social media is advantage
• Fluent English and Slovak language
• Preferably university education

The basic salary will be minimum 1300 EUR brutto per month
