Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Responsibilities:Clinical Trial SupportConduct clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol guidelines, and internal SOPs.Assist in the preparation and management of trial documentation, including informed consent forms and case report forms.Coordinate floor activities during subject visits and help in scheduling participants.Timely submission of study-related data for analysis.Communicate and report anomalies or concerns immediately to the line manager and ensure proper follow-up or escalation.Instrumentation & Equipment ManagementOperate, handle, and maintain laboratory and research instruments as per SOPs and manuals.Perform timely calibration of instruments and maintain accurate records.Document instrument readings and ensure logs are up to date.Imaging & Digital Data HandlingPerform digital imaging and video capture as per protocol-defined standards.Edit videos and conduct image analysis as required for the study.Maintain, troubleshoot, and handle all imaging equipment including cameras and related systems.Ensure timely backup and secure storage of images and research data.

Requirements for the employee

Minimum education required

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications:Secondary or university education and/or background in life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field English language - minimum level B1 (written and spoken)Certification in Clinical Research or knowledge of ICH-GCP is a Plus.Exposure to imaging tools, instrumentation, or video editing software is a plus.Skills Required:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Good organizational, documentation, and time management skills.Familiarity with imaging systems, digital file formats, and MS Office tools.Proactive communicator and team player, capable of working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
