Manager – Clinical Research

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manager – Clinical Research to lead the establishment and operations of our new facility in Bratislava. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in setting up the business, overseeing infrastructure development, recruiting key personnel, and ensuring the successful operation of our CRO in Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Setup & Operations: Handle all regulatory, legal, and administrative requirements for establishing the branch.
• Facility Development: Oversee the setup of a fully equipped clinical research facility.
• Staff Recruitment: Hire and manage a team of professionals to support research operations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local clinical research regulations and international standards.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the European market.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, regulators, and industry partners.
• Project Management: Supervise clinical research projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
