IT Delivery Lead (mid-senior)

Moxymind is now seeking IT Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives within designated client portfolio while leading, developing, and supporting high-performing individuals within tech teams. This role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, people leadership, and technical oversight, ensuring Moxyminders are engaged and growing, and technology solutions meet business needs.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and directly report to the Senior Delivery Manager.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead &  mentor colleagues in delivery-focused roles

• Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and safe team culture

• Support career development through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

• Provide technical guidance and oversight without necessarily being hands-on day-to-day

• Promote engineering best practices &  quality standards

• Communicate delivery progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and transparently

• Translate business priorities into achievable delivery plans

• Ensure added value of our service for assigned project/client

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of experience in Delivery Lead role or similar 

• Background in software engineering, software testing or IT project management

• Experience with leading technology delivery teams in a complex environment

• Strong people management experience & performance management and coaching

• Solid understanding of modern software delivery practices 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to balance delivery pressure with team wellbeing and long-term quality

• Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills
