Highway Team Leader

We are searching for a Principal Highway Engineer to join our Prague Team to support and lead the multiple projects that are currently being delivered and for future projects we will be working on.

Requirements :
• Master’s degree in engineering.
• 7+ years post graduate experience in highways design of medium-
large scale infrastructure projects. Technical leadership of medium-
large design will be an asset.
• Chartership with local or internationally recognised Institution.
• Be experienced in designing of infrastructure projects.
• Be experienced in using ProjectWise or BIM360.
• Be able to implement CAD systems, Digital processes and procedures.
• Have experience in Civil3D, InRoad or OpenRoads.
• Knowledge of design codes for HWY projects, knowledge of DMRB codes will be an asset.
• Strong technical leadership within the project delivery.
• High level of motivation and dedication, an appetite for fast-paced
major projects, and the ability to work in a team environment and
under pressure.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
