- Responsibility for accounting policies and procedures
- Management of outsourced accounting services
- Supervise the operation of the financial department, including the proposals for the organizational structure needed to adequately achieve the objectives of the financial service
- Communication with external auditors, banks, tax authorities, insurance companies
- Cash flow forecasting
- Providing the necessary funds for the normal operation of the company and the investment requirements of the company
- Maintaining relations with banks
- Assistance in determining the capital needs of the company
- Ensure sufficient equity to finance firm commitments
- Preparation of the company budget
- Manage budget variations and business results and determine the reasons for these variations
- Financial analysis, cooperation in formulating strategic goals of the company
- Engaging in cost reduction in all areas of the company
- Management of investment budget management through Net Present value, Discounted cash flow analysis
