Refurbishment Center Manager (Budapest - Dunaharaszti)

• lead our refurbishment center in Dunaharaszti
• lead the whole team of our internal service technicians (technicians, caloric technicians, painters)
• check the basic principles and guide-lines
• lead the services processes developing (improvements, build new systems, implement new ideas)
• responsible for labor effectivity and cost control and process effectiveness
• responsible for proper setting motivational systems


• experiences in production/ services sector
• work experience on management position in middle or big companies (local or global corporates)
• advanced knowledge of written and spoken English – everyday communication with the headquarters in the Czech Republic
• dynamic, result oriented and stress resistant personality with the ability to promptly react to new requirements
• proactive approach, good organization and communication skills in order to be able to well communicate with colleagues from different levels
• good knowledge of MS Office (especially deep knowledge of Excel)
• university degree education (advance)
• driving licence
• open minded for changes
