  • As a member of our Customer Service Centre team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and support our customers all around the world in the pulp and paper industry. In addition, you help to contribute to a better world by making innovative, sustainable packaging and paper solutions for our customers while offering professional support and assistance to them.

You will:
  • be a valuable link between our company and our customers,
  • be responsible for providing consistent, professional, and complete service,
  • handle customer inquiries,
  • in case of any customer complaints, be part of the claim process,
  • communicate with customers via our e-commerce platform, by e-mail or phone.

Responsibilities and duties:
  • order handling process (from customer inquiry, order creation, to order confirmation & orderly arrival at our customers),
  • make amendments during order processing, if necessary,
  • cash management (credit notes, debit notes, receivables, credit limit),
  • cooperation with internal and external stakeholders,
  • based on Product Catalogue provide information about goods and prices to customers
  • work with the SAP system, E-commerce platform, CRM,
  • various administrative tasks upon request (reports, statistics).
