Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Document management for engineering and as built documentation
- Assist with overall management of whole document system (MondiBox)
- Distribution of documents
- Archiving of final signed contracts, orders and claims
- Managing of documentation list (Document will contain all information about document history – take over, versioning, release documentation to project teams)
- Provide relief for the Project Assistant during the working day when that person is away from her desk
- Other tasks based on request
