You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Business partner with MSC central teams, plant controlling teams, Master data, Genpact and various COE Finance teams.
• Own finance MSC OVH processes under your control in order to support consistent and harmonized reporting and budgeting cycles across MEU MSC functions.
• Do deep analysis of the business drivers to provide management with reasonable analyses to drive decision making. Own your numbers and processes.
• Supporting and coordinating the planning process specifics, inputs from departments/clarification of requirements.
• Cooperate with product costing to drive accuracy of the MSC OVH costs in the commercial P&L - actual costs/planning costs/outlooks/allocation to areas.
• Work on digitalization enhancement agenda of MSC OVH.
• Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting; you will also execute data collection and data integrity checks.
• Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
• Work with sensitive data, so absolute integrity expected.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by Manager (or Director).
• Support projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers.
