Manager Treasury Global Solution Owner will:

• Assess, design and develop S4Hana Treasury system.
• Proactively analyze, design and implement other Non SAP technology solutions, including digitalization and automation, that increases the effectiveness and efficiency of the Treasury operations.
• Manage and coordinate for both project execution and resolution of support issues, with multiple teams both internally and externally with outsourced partners to ensure successfully delivery of treasury related technology solutions.
• Have knowledge and working experiences in SAP ECC/S4Hana Financial Supply Chain Management module, SAC Cashflow forecasting and other non SAP solutions e.g. tableau, power automate, alteryx, etc
• Have an understanding of Treasury business processes.
• Bring external perspectives on leading technology solutions that are applicable for Treasury to meet current needs as well as anticipating future needs.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to build business cases and solutions for automation and digitalization.
• Leads and develops the Treasury MDS technology team

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Finance.
• 9+ years of work experience in SAP ECC / S4Hana.
• Prior experience of building & implementing S4Hana Treasury Management System globally, including Cash Management, In-house Cash, Treasury & Risk management modules and Fiori. Prior experience in the development of non SAP solutions such as tableau and power automate
• Proven track record in leading successful systems implementation with excellent stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to resolve critical issues with speed in a high paced environment.
• Collaborative and team player with the ability to work across the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.

• DIGITAL MINDSET:SAP Treasury, Cash and Liquidity Management, Bank accounting, Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning in SAP ECC, S4Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud.
Deep knowledge in Financial Supply chain management module in SAP.
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S4Hana Treasury modules.
Functional and technical expertise in Financial Accounting module in SAP ECC or S4Hana.
Basic ABAP development knowledge (debug and simple code understanding)
Experienced in implementing non SAP solutions such as Tableau, Power Automate, etc.
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS – Leads and develops MDS Treasury technical team. Is able to effectively communicate with and lead multiple teams (internal and external) to deliver Treasury solutions and resolve issues in a timely and effective way for the organization.
• GROWTH MINDSET – Ability to identify future opportunities and trends and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Proactively anticipate and assess short and long term business needs.
• DRIVE FOR RESULTS – Results orientated with analytical thinking and the ability to deliver technology solutions to the required standard and timelines in a high paced environment.
