Job description, responsibilities and duties

The ESG data and Digital Manager will leverage both functional and technical knowledge to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful reporting solutions, automated dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities. You will work closely with the digital (MDS) teams and various business partners including Sustainability, Supply Chain, People, Procurement, Finance, etc. to enable the technical delivery and operations for of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

How you will contribute
You will:
• Work with Sustainability Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and conduct deep-dive analyses on ESG areas, identifying and prioritizing their data and reporting needs with focus on automation of date sourcing.
• Work closely with MDS teams to develop global short, medium, and long term ESG data solutions that align with business goals and with focus on accuracy, completeness, and reliability of ESG data. Providing the bridge between digital and ESG teams, sharing/translating SME requirements, coordinating and communicating program plans/roadmaps and activation activities.
• Leverage and build upon internal reporting tools with the MDS team to develop a program ensuring all ESG metrics are integrated. Focus on automation, and enhancing visualization of the ESG related data, metrics, and performance both globally and by market.
• Develop self-service BI capabilities, empowering business users to access and interpret data independently.
• Establish and maintain data governance processes, policies, and solutions, ensuring data is of high quality and securely stored.
• Oversee ESG data solution workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines, budget and overall delivery execution and objectives.
• Lead the team to develop tailored dashboards, ad-hoc insights & analyses, and standard reports based on evolving business needs.
• Stay informed of emerging ERP & BI technologies and evaluate potential new ESG related products, services, technologies, and processes working with SMEs to ensure maximum improvement in performance.

• PASSION for sustainability and related topics
• TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE of data infrastructure, of ERP systems(s), BI reporting tools, Tableau, Power BI
• EXPERIENCE in ERP (SAP, S/4 HANA), Power BI, Tableau, and/or other ERP and reporting tools incl. strong data visualization
• INTERPERSONAL skills to effectively communicate with all SME’s, Functional Leads and Business Units
• STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS, identifying key themes, trends and root causes
• LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering and communication skills across a large global, public company; experience working as a leader managing a diverse, cross-functional and business partner teams to drive compliance environment
• GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
