You will be responsible for product content syndication via information management systems PIM and Salsify, including packaging updates, product claim updates, image or copy optimizations, enhanced content, and rich media.
Responsible to understand industry trends and customer requirements and translate them into a unique customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Product Content Syndication coordination
  • Responsible for product content syndication via information management systems PIM and Salsify, including packaging updates, product claim updates, image or copy optimizations, enhanced content, and rich media
  • Responsible to ensure qualitative & timely availability of product content required by our customers and consumers.
  • Support effective change management, training, and quality tracking according to gold model and industry standards to meet customers' requirements
  • Ensure content shared with customers and consumers follow regulations (i.e., EU Regulation 1169 – Publication of product information)
  • Support in translation of 1WS/GDSN and other content publication syndicators requirements into MDLZ data processes and flow
  • Collaborate with Data Asset Management (DAM) Lead and CGT to ensure accurate asset categorization of content within the PIM

System optimization & training
  • Troubleshooting of publication issues, working with content owners and product solution owners to ensure roadblocks are resolved
  • Responsible for system enhancement and redesign testing
  • Proactive communication and follow up on required system optimizations and enhancements addressed by partners/local markets

Stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner with content owners to increase product content quality and remove barriers to execution
  • Partner with stakeholders to anticipate syndication needs
  • Collaborate with IT, Product solution owners, Governance, and sales teams to scale up and optimize syndication

Content syndication and content quality performance metrics
  • Track/monitor metrics (KPIs) and address proactive process improvement and data quality improvement requirements

Operational excellence
  • Optimize way of workings including SOP and documentation updates
  • Integrate system and process optimization into the ways of working

Candidate Profile

  • Data-fluent: you use data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and are capable of inventing and using new metrics to learn and make decisions
  • Biased for action: you make good decisions with incomplete data and are constantly optimizing for learning
  • An owner: you can seamlessly straddle thinking about both the product and the business needs

Knowledge, Experience and Education

  • 3+ years of data management/systems experience preferably in a remote & x-functional context
  • Experience in Customer & Consumer relations
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in product content syndication
  • Experience utilizing retailer systems/portals and PIMs (i.e., PIM, Salsify, Wisebase etc.) to manage multiple channels
  • Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and prioritization skills
  • Passion for the evolving digital landscape and an interest in learning new technologies
  • Experience in working in a service function
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Degree in Data Management, IT, Computer Science or equivalent

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting at: 1,600 € plus bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.

Fixed term contract for one year with the possibility to get promoted or reassigned to a position with permanent contract.
