Your goal will be to ensure 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.
You are responsible for the reliability process management and maintenance of production equipment.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide leadership, coaching team towards implementation of Planning & scheduling of maintenance works , IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working: delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM (Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
• Own the PM-Progressive maintenance systems , SAP based work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the plant
• Own the SAP data based reporting system towards management
• Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring and builds skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with latest modern reliability practices.

• An Engineer with Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge,
• Operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Slovak & English language - Advanced
• 3 years experience in maintenance process management
• Previous experience in MRO / technical specification, PM orders, Task list management, reporting in SAP /
• Previous experience preventive and predictive maintenance
• Deep data analyze experiences
