You will keep rigorous oversight of audit and controls operations with sufficient attention to detail to proactively identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or missing actions to be taken by the ARA team. You follow through of actions and completion and resolution of queries is a priority to ensure smooth operations. You’re supported by an experienced CoE team member. You’re also responsible for technical tools used by the Audit team.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide timely and accurate internal and external management reporting
  • Manage overheads budget tracking and reporting
  • Manage current and implement future tools used by Internal Audit
  • Support Audit team to enable execution of the audit plan
  • Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement. You will also identify opportunities to improve ways of working in your area of responsibility
  • Contribute to a high-performing Internal Audit and Controls team by sharing best practices with peers. You will also invest in personal development

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

What you will bring

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in MS office tools, management reporting and data management. Able to lead projects. Experience in Internal/External Audit and controls beneficial.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN and a general understanding of different business processes. General understanding of enterprise resource planning applications.
  • LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering and communication skills across a large global, public company, with senior stakeholders.
  • GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to quickly pick up and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
