Job description, responsibilities and duties

What you need to know about this position:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities for your customers
  • Build effective relationships with those you support
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage your customers calendars as needed
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Support additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. when needed
