How you will contribute
- You will act as a Direct Materials Buying Support Analyst within the Global CMaaS Team, servicing EU region, providing high quality buying support service to the Procurement Organization.
- Performing administrative contract creation and contract/purchase order maintenance in SAP (e.g. check terms and conditions, check that actions comply with Mondelez standards)
- Logging support queries accurately and in detail within internal ticketing tool (e.g. user information, source of queries, description of problem and solution)
- Analyzing and reporting exceptions and if relevant offering recommendations for improvements on process
- Manage relationships with buyers and stakeholders
- Ensuring SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within the scope
- Driving the sustainable continuous improvement process
