Job description, responsibilities and duties

The purpose of the role is to enable the digital transformation outlined in the new Audit & Risk Advisory vision roadmap by identifying, analyzing and leveraging available solutions, defining methods and patterns to use them.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Define and develop methods for leveraging automated solutions for control digitalization
  • Collaborate in the design of new digital controls
  • Manage the Teams responsible for the enhancement of new and existing Digital Solutions
  • Design, Development of Continuous Controls testing scripts for digitalized business controls
  • Oversee IC COE team activities and drive their development
  • Regular reporting to senior stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Collaborate effectively with teams on Risk Analytics, Continuous Controls Monitoring, SOX testing)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Min. 5 years of experience in Internal Controls or Audit or Corporate Assurance with focus on IT (7+ years)
  • Learning agility to work with new technologies, assess emerging risks and design appropriate controls
  • Working Experience with SAP Security model, knowledge of SAP GRC is an advantage
  • Experience with solution development, programming, SDLC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Great Stakeholder Management
