JUnior Management Program (JUMP) is our unique graduate scheme, that aims to develop you into one of our leaders of tomorrow.

Over 3-years (permanent contract also beyond the program) your learning path will be sculptured by on-the-job industry experience with guidance from senior managers and mentors.

You’ll get to work across our finance functions in a series of 2-3 placements and gain depth and breadth of knowledge and skills, exposure to industry experts as well as a holistic understanding of our business – an amazing chance to grow every day.

Finance is infused into every single aspect of our multibillion-dollar global organization. But it’s not just about numbers. As part of our finance team, you’ll collect and analyze intelligent information and data and use that to give everyone at Mondelēz International the power to make informed decisions.

Your first placement will be in Category Finance. As our JUMPee within the Finance team, you will have a real job, with real responsibility from day-one, along with the training and development you need to be successful. You will be actively involved in day-to-day business and projects and benefit from professional and individual support.

Your next placements will depend on your personal preferences and the current business need. The concrete position will be aligned closer to your rotation date to give you the chance to broaden and enhance your skills-set and gain a holistic approach to Finance in food industry.
