You will work in Mondelēz International Business Services and help us deliver an impeccable service experience with your customer focus and meticulous attention to detail in administrative tasks. In this role, you will ensure that processes are adhered to and documented.

Main responsibilities:

  • Consolidates marketing budget in a unique file. Completes marketing budgeting template. Applies changes and updates, if needed. Submits marketing budgeting plan to Marketing Spend Optimization Team and Brand Managers for their respective reviews
  • Creates budgets, validates settlement rules, updates marketing plan
  • Check if all created budgets are visible in the system & notify requester
  • Processes budgeting shift request and submit them via internal systems
  • Preparing reports, business plans and financial statements
  • Building the process expertise
  • Close cooperation with other internal and external teams
  • Act as the master shopper on behalf of the Marketing function
  • Be the expert and linkage to purchase indirect goods and services for the organization
  • Support Account Payable department with invoice resolution from business perspective
  • Other Ad hoc requests from the direct manager

We offer first contract for 12 months with possibility to extend.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • Min. University degree
  • First office/systems experience preferably in a remote context will be an asset
  • Fluent English - both oral and in writing
  • Preferably experience working with SAP
  • Excel knowledge will be an advance
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle projects
  • Experience in previous projects is a +
  • Strong communicator, efficient and organized
  • Experience working in a performance focused environment is a plus
