Job description, responsibilities and duties

Analyst Treasury Operations Global
12 months' assignment ( temporary position paternity leave )

Responsibilities:
  • Executing daily back office tasks relating to payments and cash management activities
  • Performing daily bank statement uploads and account reconciliation
  • Communicating with internal teams and external contacts to ensure timely verification and reconciliation of all transactions and account balances
  • Maintaining master data in internal database and addressing any questions, errors and exceptions
  • Assisting in treasury projects and initiatives

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Educational Specialization

Finance

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - basic
Microsoft Office - basic

Personality requirements and skills

  • Previous working experience in Treasury or Finance teams
  • Good understanding of financial aspects connected with cash management
  • Fluent English – any other European language will be a plus
  • SAP knowledge and MS Office skills
  • Analytical, curious and technologically savvy mindset
  • Great attention to details and priority setting skills
