Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Global Contract Management as a Service (CMaaS) operations by creating and maintaining automated solutions based on Macros, SharePoint workflows and Complex Worksheet formulas
  • Identify bottlenecks in the existing automated solutions or implement new ones to address them
  • Provide insights to CMaaS leadership team on possible automated solutions as part of ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Engage with the team and constantly seek ideas for automation and improvement
  • Report monthly and quarterly global & regional KPIs/SLAs
  • Develop analyses of key KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to improve CMaaS performance
  • Deliver automated reporting solutions to CMaaS leadership team for the management of the operations
