Job description, responsibilities and duties

In Information Systems, you’ll connect and empower every aspect of our global organization through excellence in technology and services. This includes investing in growth-enabling solutions as well as systems that integrate our supply chain from procurement to manufacturing, and customer service to logistics. You’ll help Mondelēz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better information.

Main responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, in regards of all shopping and invoices, which is:
  • Creating shopping baskets per requests from managers in line with the agreements with vendors
  • Monitoring Purchase Order creation and contacting Procurement department when needed
  • Issuing Goods Receipts after managers’ approval
  • Monitoring payment and flagging any issues
  • Collaborating closely with managers, vendors and the Service Centers to ensure a smooth process
  • Creating and managing reports and provide weekly updates to line manager
  • Working with shopping system and tools
