Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position holder will act as a primary Centralized Master Shopper for the MEU Marketing Teams and will also provide the Master Shopper support to specific MEU Sales Teams. The employee will process all Shopping Carts through the Coupa system and will be responsible for the lifetime of the Purchase order from the E2E perspective. The employee will also be responsible for posting of the Goods Receipts on the Purchase Orders. The Master Shopper responsibility also includes providing of the administrative support to the Marketing Teams within MEU on the remote basis.

Main responsibilities

  • Process new Purchase Orders and confirmation of Goods Receipts in the Purchase Ordering system, Coupa
  • Support the marketers with their issues, escalate the problems to appropriate teams and provide final solutions by regular follow ups to cover end-to-end process
  • Be the expert and linkage to purchase indirect goods and services for the organization/end users, follow-up on approvals when needed
  • Acknowledge requests within KPIs/SLAs
  • Close cooperation with other internal teams – Procurement, Account Payable, Internal Control, Finance
  • Initiate and develop communication with the marketers/requesters, working with them to optimize and enhance mutual cooperation, be able to communicate key insights

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

What you need to be successful:
  • Min. 1 year of working experience
  • Solid English skills in both reading and speaking (min. C1 level)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and its reporting features
  • Customer focus combined with high attention to details and organizational skills
  • Problem solving attitude as well as very good communication skills
  • Technical confidence and willingness to use new tools
