Being part of Procurement Organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for buying process in direct materials and packaging team in Europe.
In this role you will mainly:
• Create, amend, delete SAP contracts, matching required quantities of materials/packaging with pricing
• File all relevant documents to SAP documents, and amend when necessary
• Perform formal checks to ensure compliance with policies
• Monitor approval of advanced payments forms, when required
• Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations e.g. Global Procurement Policy
• Ensure SLAs and service obligations are met for the work within scope
• Ensure the fulfillment and update of the process documentation
Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue; apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.

• Good MS Office skills (Excel)
• Experience in working with SAP (a nice to have)
