Recruiting Administrator - Slovak Speaking

In this role you will:

  • Coordinate all administrative tasks related to recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews with internal and external candidates
  • Provide offer/contract documentation for new hire
  • Lead all onboarding activities for new hires
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the business
  • Ensure completeness of all documentation in recruitment
  • Prioritize daily tasks according to fast changing requirements of the business

This role can be based either in Poland (Warsaw) or in the UK (Birmingham-Bournville).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

We are looking for candidates who have:
  • University Degree or are currently studying
  • Initial working experience in administration or in a Shared Service Center
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Fluent English language

We will treat as assets:
  • Experience working in international environment
  • Experience in using a Recruitment Systems (e.g. Taleo)
  • Fluent in Slovak
