Recruiting Administrator - Slovak Speaking
In this role you will:
Coordinate all administrative tasks related to recruitment process
Schedule interviews with internal and external candidates
Provide offer/contract documentation for new hire
Lead all onboarding activities for new hires
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders within the business
Ensure completeness of all documentation in recruitment
Prioritize daily tasks according to fast changing requirements of the business
This role can be based either in Poland (Warsaw) or in the UK (Birmingham-Bournville).

University education (Bachelor's degree)
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
We are looking for candidates who have:
University Degree or are currently studying
Initial working experience in administration or in a Shared Service Center
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service focus
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
Fluent English language
We will treat as assets:
Experience working in international environment
Experience in using a Recruitment Systems (e.g. Taleo)
Fluent in Slovak
