IT Global Architecture Lead

The role will be working in the Information Security Team as a competent and experienced security architect. You will be responsible for assessing, developing and delivering information security solutions to reduce operational, financial and other risks for MDLZ. The focus of this role will be on enabling the security and continuity objectives of our Operational Technology (OT) environment, which includes 140+ Manufacturing Sites across the Globe:

• Responsible for securing information and IT assets by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems
• Prepare security standards, policies, and procedures for OT
• Design and Deliver adequate security controls for MDLZ business
• Advise and enable technical teams to make security decisions and provide advice and guidance on effective use of common tools and patterns
• Ensure that ITS and business stakeholders are aware and regularly updated on overall OT Security status and roadmap
• Raise profile of emerging risks and technologies to improve security posture
• Sustain productive relationships with internal and external audit teams to constantly improve MDLZ Privacy posture
• Work closely with Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure manufacturing systems / networks have security baked in by design
• Strong knowledge of the security service providers and vendors in the market place
