Job description, responsibilities and duties

Short term contract with possibility to offer employment with Mondelez after your assignment.

Main responsibility is the contract creation and maintenance for the plants assigned to agent. He/She need to keep an eye on the material stock in respective Mondelez production. Factories to secure the sufficient stock and avoid possibility of business disruption. DM BS analyst supports the material creation in the SAP system, as well as the invoice price variances - difference within the purchase order price and the invoice price.

• Administration of processing shopping carts through the Coupa system (creation till closing) and support WBS, Budget shifts request if needed.
• Will act as the master shopper on behalf of the Marketing function in accordance with pending Procurement changes, tasks includes creation of Shopping Cards
• Confirm goods received by end users / Perform Goods Receipt in Coupa / Follow-up with the requestor if the goods have been delivered
• Acknowledge requests within KPI’s/SLA’s
• Close cooperation with other internal / external teams – Procurement, Account Payable, Internal Control, Finance, e.g.
• Optional activity may include the PO/GR Reporting tasks
• Other Ad hoc requests from the direct manager
• Assist the requestor on the modifying / voiding of the GR/ PO requisitions
• Check the integration History of POs and GRs from COUPA to SAP
• Follow up/ Correct failed GRs and POs on failed IDOCs when contacted by POC and run weekly synchronization issue reports
