As a Brand Manager for Pralines & Seasonals you will be involved in the seasonal Milka activations for and not limited to Valentines, Easter and Christmas. It is essential that we are bold in asking the questions others are afraid to ask. Courageous in how we find new ways to work with each other and our partners.
You’ll be focused on why the brand exists today, taking cultural and competitive factors into account, and using your knowledge to unlock potential for Milka (internationally) and Figaro (locally) by influencing the whole Chocolate category in Czech Republic and Slovakia through implementing innovation and influencing brand strategies. And you’ll also see how Marketing fits into the bigger picture being involved in bigger projects. Which will mean getting to grips with how our business works, our best practices and how technology affects what we do.
Overview of responsibilities:
Implement global strategies for Milka, develop optimum local strategies
Develop local activations for Seasonals (Xmas and Easter) and communicate pralines in relevant occasions across the year.
Develop local activations – national campaigns, ATL + BTL
Lead and create the content for one of the best Instagram profiles in Czech Republic
Cooperate with local influencers
Develop strategy (incl. portfolio, pricing, value optimization) & marketing plans and monitor brand performance
Full responsibility for media and local campaigns budget
Ensure excellent, timely and cost compliant execution of planned initiatives
Inspire passion for the brand throughout the organization

Personality requirements and skills
University degree (preferably in economics, marketing or management)
Passion for Global Brands
Proven experience in Corporate Brand or Trade Marketing
Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with strong leadership skills
Strong conceptual thinking and perspective
Commercial acumen, P&L literate
Excellent communication skills, incl. working in remote teams
Perseverance and ability to work under pressure
Good understanding and application of marketing concepts
Practical experience in dealing with agencies (packaging, promotion, advertising)
MS Office fluency
Fluent in English
Fluent in Czech or Slovak
