Main responsibilities include:
People
Internal Collaboration
External Collaboration
- Lead the Data Management Services(DMS) cluster team across the Hub and in countries. Manage & support Master Data operational processes, MD management, business collaboration and local/regional/global initiatives & projects including cross functional business integration. Reflect and adapt Master Data(MD) processes and governance, best practice sharing and super key user activities
Main responsibilities include:
People
- Lead DMS cluster team in order to achieve team goals and KPIs
- Drive outstanding People Management (development, goals settings, performance review)
Internal Collaboration
- Manage & govern MD operational processes ensuring high data quality and timely delivery for supporting operational business
- Act as key point of contact and reliable business partner for internal & external business stakeholders across all DMS domains for the cluster
- Support and sometimes drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and externally
- Manage and support MD part of business projects ensuring x-functional business integration and high data quality
- Provide Business consultancy & governance for all MD related topics
- Ensure agreed KPIs and performance management targets for Data Management Service
- Drive best practice sharing
- Take responsibility in DMS super key user community
- Drive automation agenda and GDSN initiatives with customers and suppliers
External Collaboration
- Actively collaborate and be key contact for our external stakeholders
- Collaborate with our DMS business partners to ensure a consistent high level of performance management
- Be key contact for our trade partners regarding MD topics within the area while ensuring full alignment with Mondelez global GS1 forum.
