Acting as a Master Shopper as basically defined within overall Mdlz STP process on behalf of ITS function in MEU region in all related administration tasks from an end-to-end perspective (from requisition start in Coupa to support with potential invoice payment issue resolution). Interacts with all STP related functions (mainly Procurement, MBS, Finance both ITS or external), understands and keeps up to date on all STP-related processes and related actions. By doing so becoming the expert and linkage to purchase indirect goods and services for the ITS team members.
Creates Requisitions on request of project managers and ITS functional managers within three business days
Monitors compliance with Procurement policies and best practice approaches being followed like correct buying channel
Understands ITS budget spending principles and supports in ensuring requests are raised in line with these principles
Monitors PO creation, resolves with correct Procurement team when needed
Books Goods Receipt after managers approval – manages audit trail of approvals
Initiates review of incoming approvals (GR request) via the agreed channel as per current process
Handles all issues related to shopping carts and invoices (including following-up on overdue invoices and error correction)
Supports and executes modifications and corrections for all above activities if needed
Creates and manages reports with Excel (ongoing and ad hoc)
Maintains strong communication with managers, vendors and internal teams involved in STP to ensure a smooth process
Serves as internal process expert to all ITS colleagues and flags improvement opportunities
Provides weekly updates to line manager
