Role overview

The HSE Coordinator is accountable for assessing organizational needs and coordinating training for Technical operators to meet those needs. He is responsible for safety procedures implementation and skills development in safety area of production process. Assuring of financial, legal, safety and Quality management system requirements within a scope of the position responsibility.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyzes and prioritizes training needs; identifies training objectives, develops new training programs, modifies and improves existing programs, or coordinates external training resources to meet identified training requirements
  • Support creation of detailed training plan for operators
  • Delivers and/or facilitates training solutions
  • Develops and maintains assessment processes that monitor and evaluate training effectiveness for the learning program and the effectiveness of the trainers
  • Collaborates with TLs, CIs, Maintenance in assessing, recommending, designing, developing and maintaining safety programs/materials to ensure the information is current, accurate, relevant and complete
  • Maintains actual mechanical and electrical documentation
  • Maintains chemical database. He is owner of procedur for chemicals in the plant
  • Design of platforms and safety elements in production area in compliance with legislations and standards
  • ATEX subject matter expert in the plant . Resposible for procedure and comunication with external suplier
  • IL6S support in therm of safety & training and maintenace
  • He develops and leads risk analysis in production area together with HSE team and teamleaders
  • LOTO system expert
