Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main Responsibilities:

Business partnering
  • Constant monitoring of Opportunities & Risks to ensure we hit/beat the overall productivity target.
  • Provide insights on actual variances to planned costs and identify ways to improve performance.

Actuals reporting:
  • Analyses deviations vs plan of manufacturing costs to ensure prompt capture of opportunities and timely identification of errors and risks aimed at mitigating business impacts and associated financial risks.

  • Coordinates the operational plan budgeting/forecasting process with other stakeholders.
  • Calculates labour, energy, other variable & fixed costs and raw & packaging material losses.
  • Variance analysis of the forecasts against budget.

Other tasks
  • Provides support to Plant Controllers in calculating & validating savings initiatives where Capex is required.
  • Supports SOX and Audit process.
  • Provides calculation for sourcing analysis and new product development.
  • Coordinates year-end P&L landing estimation for plants.
  • Harmonization of manufacturing controlling processes across Europe ( by development of analytical tools, templates, models of calculations).

Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Fluent English is required, other language is advantage

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years working in accounting and controlling in large multi-national company
  • System (SAP, BI and FiT) knowledge
  • Internal Controls experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Team player.
  • Proven track record of self-management and time management.
  • Proven drive for results, analytical and reporting skills.
