Responsible for all administrative tasks from setting up new vacancies in Taleo to offer processing and induction day of new-hire
Schedules interviews with internal and external talent
Provides offer/contract documentation for new hire and triggers background checks, if applicable
Leads all onboarding activities for new hires
Collaborates closely with various stakeholders within the business
Responsible for completeness of all documentation in recruitment
Prioritizes daily tasks according to fast changing requirements of the business

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Czech - Advanced (C1)
Personality requirements and skills
Experience in administration and coordination within HR/Recruitment, Logistics or Customer Service
Experience working in international environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service focus
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language
Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Taleo Oracle) or similar
Additional European language skills
